This is how this Mawa Kachori is prepared
Artisan Aman, who makes Kesar Mawa Kachori, says that sweet mawa of pure milk is prepared first. Then it is cooled, then the spice is prepared by mixing mace, nutmeg, cardamom seeds, saffron. Then spice tablets are prepared. Then flour is kneaded in desi ghee, then spices are filled in it. It is rolled out like a puri and given the shape of a kachori. After this it is filtered in desi ghee. After filtering for 5 minutes in high flame, it is cooked for 30 minutes in low flame. Then it is dipped in sugar syrup.
